Fishing journey in Lapland (5 days)

During the 3 full fishing days (the program of day 1 and 5 will be decided depending on the arrival and departure time of the participants), accompanied by me and a local fisherman guide, you will go to the best places around Rovaniemi to catch pike, perch, grayling, trout and whitefish.

The first 2 nights are spent in a traditional Finnish cottage*, situated on the shore of lake Kontojärvi, 45 KM north of Rovaniemi. There, we will fish in lake Kontojärvi and other wilderness lakes that are only accessible by boat and foot. Pike fishing is excellent as is other species.

During the following 2 nights, we will also sleep in a traditional Finnish cottage, situated on the bank of river Raudanjoki, known as the best fishing river around Rovaniemi.

After casting for the last time, we head out of the forest on day 5 and back to Rovaniemi to complete the journey.

Price per person is EUR 975,- for a 4 persons group, EUR 845,- for a 5 persons group and EUR 740,- for a 6 persons group (VAT included). Price includes accommodation, linen, food and transfers to the cottages.

The program can be modified on demand if the visitors wish to have more free time to enjoy other activities.

*the cottages are fully equipped and furnished, with outdoor ecotoilets, no showers but with cleaning possibilities in the sauna room.
