Fishing trip in Lapland (7 days)

During the 5 full fishing days (the program of day 1 and 7 will be decided depending on the arrival and departure time of the participants), accompanied by me and a local fisherman guide, you will go to the best Lapland wilderness places around Rovaniemi to catch pike, perch, grayling, trout and whitefish.

The first 2 nights are spent in a traditional Finnish cottage*, situated on the shore of lake Kontojärvi, 45 Km north of Rovaniemi. There, we will fish in lake Kontojärvi and other wilderness lakes that are only accessible by boat and foot. Pike fishing is excellent, as is other species.

During the following 2 nights, we will also sleep in a traditional Finnish cottage, situated on the bank of river Raudanjoki, known as the best fishing river around Rovaniemi.

For the remaining 2 nights, we will head 40 KM North and stop by in our third cottage, upstream of the same river Raudanjoki.

After this journey, on the morning of day 7, we will head back to Rovaniemi.

Price per person is EUR 1365,- for a 4 persons group, EUR 1160,- for a 5 persons group and EUR 1025,- for a 6 persons group (VAT included). Price includes accommodation, bed wear, food and transfers to the cottages.

The program can be modified on demand if the visitors wish to have more free time to enjoy other activities.

*the cottages are fully equipped and furnished, with outdoor ecotoilets, no shower but with cleaning possibilities in the sauna room.
